General: Quiet. The problem is unless there's a supernatural threat Hellboy is content to just sit back and wait till there is one and -- be a big, lumpy dude.
Needs threads with: Bridgette and her mum, anybody whose world he could rock, and -- generally needs to get out more. I wouldn't mind for his 'other half' to make an appearance, but that requires plot, and plot requires people who know and deal with him and will give a damn. But hey, we've got a handy anti-Christ waiting for use! Does anybody need one?

Canon: Heroes
General: Happy. Has truce with Adam, though it makes him uncomfortable. He's adjusting, though. He's very content to not run a huge megacorportion and instead, be a mild-mannered comic shop owner who employs a ninja, an ex-con, and possibly, Captain Bad Luck Numbers himself.
Needs threads with: Adam, Heroes pups, Comic Shop employees, more Hurley love (need to get back to that post really bad!!), and maybe the occasional episode of heroing. Kendo with Leonardo, or appearances at the dojo with those folks?

General: Needs to make friends. Date, maybe. Learn social niceties that don't come from a Miss Manners book. Enjoy beer, possibly snog somebody. Learn to love herself, and maybe get over 'Max'.
Needs threads with: Anybody; Samwise, Garak, Winifred, Allison, other garden pups. Other 'well bred' types - Draco, etc. Ricky, always. Maybe Marcone, too. I have ideas. Possibly for epic, Shakespearean level hijinks. Or maybe, just a scene or two. Whatever.

Canon: Harry Potter And That Dickhead Potions Master
General: ...maybe be less mean. I KNOW SHOCK HUH. Severus is dealing with the fall out of Narcissa's depature and the backlash caught Remus square in the face and then some. He's got Harry's gift already prepped but won't be showing to the party, the apothecary will be running soon and school will start and he'll get back to something like a normal routine shortly, and that will help him focus... but he's just gotten more and more aware of his aloneness and it's starting to crack him. It only TOOK FORTY YEARS. There is Big Plot coming up in October, and need to hammer out the details for that, but it'll hopefully resolve quite a few issues with him. He's got the most coming up, honestly... well, almost, anyway. Raph barely edges him out!
Needs threads with: HP Pups in general, Marcone, other magical folk, people who are thick skinned while he's a frothing facebiting looney.

Canon: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle [Mirage Comic Canon]
General: Raph is a busy man. He's got two girls giving him the Occsional Eye (or at least, he thinks they are; he's never sure), a hooker-sensei, two of his brothers, and a sort of peace with Rorschach now. He's got his adopted Coach-family, who he would in fact kill for if he needed to, and is slated to have some rough time when the Joker plot comes up. However, he's relatively happy -- though Don and Splinter would be nice to have around... then again, so would some enemy ninja.
Needs threads with: Coach, his brothers, Max, Jokerplotfolken, April, anybody who wants to say, "Dude, you're a fucking killer fighter!" after the public bout, etc. Whatever.

1: Snape's first kill as a Death Eater was his own Muggle father; this solidifed the bond between him and Voldemort and put him at Voldermort's right hand -- these sinsister echos pleased the Dark Lord like few others could.

2: Snape feels not one iota of guilt; Tobias Snape beat and abused his wife and son, and as far as he's concerned, it was the only good thing he did as a Death Eater; find the courage to strike down the first and greatest of his tormentors. It was, however, too late for his mother, who had a 'bad fall' and never recovered from it long before Tobias Snape was tortured to death at the hands of his son.

3: Lucius brought Snape into the fold, and the two were friends -- real, genuine friends. Never, ever lovers. They complemented each other well. Snape's raw ambition was unmatched by the older Slytherin who expected a pawn and instead got a partner whose intelligence surpassed his but needed Lucius to fasciliate things with his superior charm, breeding and ability. Snape kept the Malfoy family safe often, and after the loss of Lily, they filled the void in a strange way. Oh, sure there was the unspoken 'we've tortured and killed together', but there was something beyond that, too. He is the only person, perhaps, to surmount his bloodline in Lucius Malfoy's eyes-- but this changed over time as Lucius got too comfortable and too wealthy, too safe. Snape never allowed himself that luxury. He was already readying himself for the next stpe in the Master Plan.

4: Snape never bought the 'blood superiority' party line of the Death Eaters. He was, like most young men duped into a terrorist organization, looking for a banner and belonging. He just wanted to feel like he mattered, like he was doing something important, and like he would be remembered.

5: Snape was raised in a sub-village near Manchester not far from the Evans family who were in a far better 'burb. His father worked the textile factories that were slowly failing, one by one, and lived in migrant worker housing, sharing a bathroom among several families. It's whree he got into the bad habit of simply not taking care of himself. His father wasn't much better. It eventually became a badge of shame and he refused to clean himself up out of spite-- if he was going to be poor, fuck it, let the world know when a poor man's son was spitting in their face, too!

Severus Snape: Angsty, angry, frustrated. Confused about Narcissa, Lara Raith, fate, hope, kids. Needs RP with Narcissa, Draco, Lily, possibly James if he can not punch his lights out, the cute war must continue with Marcone, and then the repair of the shop which will involve posisbly a lot of people like Ron and Harry and Marcone. Still reeling -- if very quietly -- from Hadrian's presence.

Hellboy: Fading so hard :( But have arranged some RP with folks, just to shake things up and maybe get him better connected. Lorne, Aidan, goodness. Bookclub, maybe, now that Yelena has passed on to the wild west?

Hiro Nakamura: Hiro is happy where he is and will never canon update. Boo, heroes season 3, boo!! Hhe's probably always going to be a minor play/casual character for me, but I'm up for a lot of things if offered! :D At the least he's got some -- peace with Adam, even if it's sort of unhappy/laced with the Sad. :(

Alizabeth Bequin: Faded. Hard. :( I should probably admit the inevitable and drop her. :(

Raphael: LOUD PUP IS LOUD. Also demanding apping to a second game. :| (*Eyes walkedthrufire) now that the stuff with Rorschach is wrapping up, Raph will be on the mend with body and soul, with his brother, and-- honestly, the village will probably yank him when his brother's learned what he needs to for a canon update. No rush, but Raph's learned a lot. Ironically, I really want him to date. Maybe not steadily, but the MYSTERY OF WOMENS. IT CALLS.

Odo: Odo is hard. Odo is like Snape, except where Snape is creepy and cranky and refuses to obey social mores but still socializes if just to foist off his greasiness on the world, Odo knows how to behave with decorum -- but hates socializing and shies from people in fear. The Star Trek is helping. But -- oh man, he's so hard to get out of the BOX. Or bucket, as the case may be. I also need ihm to get work; maybe that'll be helpful. Law, law advice, space law, security-- anybody? anybody? WHAT DOES HE DO? D:

General: Snape is... in a funny place. He's just found out the person he hates most in the world is back with most of his pals and has met his son and 'future wife', etc, and is generally unhappy about all of it. It's only made him angrier, meaner, and less stable. (See: Snogging Narcissa in a moment of weakness. WTF.) He has the first taste of freedom, but he had to die to get it, and he doesn't really know what to do with it... and right now he'd like things to get back to some level of simplicity... but they're not anytime soon. In short, Snape has regressed a great deal from the progress he'd made the last few months and is much more surly, sulky, and avoidant. Ah well, them's the breaks.
Needs threads with: Harry, Susan, magical pups in general, school and yes, eventually, James Potter and Severus Snape have to meet again, though I'm kind of dreading it. Maybe once he gets his legs back under him after a little bit of having him in the village and yet, having the world NOT END, he'll be okay there.
Plot Ideas/Items to come: Working with Susan, eventually dealing with James, the fall out with Narcissa and possibly Draco.... Need something that isn't Lol Past Drama really badly!!

General: Hellboy's actually pretty okay. He was already in 'retirement' when he got here and is adjusting pretty well. He still needs to get out more, but he's always going to be slightly aloof due to who and what he is. He's sort of frustrated he doesn't have all his usual resources and that some of the old rules don't apply, but he's dealing.
Needs threads with: The Book Club, Rangeman folk, anybody who deals with the Weird Shit (Spooks, maybe?), and generally anybody else who wants to boggle at the antichrist.
Plot Ideas/Items to come: Hellboy needs to hit things. He's here for all your 'punch evil in the face' needs.

General: Because I hate season 3 and everything it's done, I will probably never advance Hiro past his season 2 ender/season 3 start point. He's okay here, happy to have something more humble them running -- or ruining -- his dad's company, and so far nobodys needed him to be destiny-ish. THat's almost nice!

We need some military action, maybe -- and her skills are too good to pass up... but I think maybe people aren't tagging because they don't want to deal with depowered pups! D: That makes me sad

Canon: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Mirage Comics)
General: Raphael is actually the only character -- other then Snape -- who is learning his lesson. And he's learning it the hard way. He's been thrust into the leadership of a team of one, responded with trying to fight the system and finding he's not able to. On top of this, he has a new pal... who is just as unstable as he (or his pal Casey) is! In fact, he needs to stop picking up ultraviolent vigilantes, but he just can't seem too. He's got this stranger hobby with them. He needs some teen friends, however, and to adjust to -- being around people. Of course, right now his number one need is to heal from his beating at Rorschach's hands.
Needs threads with: Rorschach, anybody under the age of 22 for youth hijinks, some adult fighters will be good (Raph needs guidance a lot of the time) and Casey, for 'I swear, I didn't replace you! Rorschach means nothing to me!' or something.
Plot Ideas/Items to come: Possible 'omg, badboy AND not human!' awkward crush with Dawn, as previously discussed with Jen... want him to explore the woods and maybe find the catacombs OR sewers, or both... And of course, fixing the marina and maybe making up for some of the pranks he pulled trying to rattle the village chain.
